All Legal litigations, S.L.P’s, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Appeals & Criminal Cases pending in various courts including Supreme Court of India & High Court of Bombay are being handled by the Legal Department with the assistance of Panel Advocates.
Legal Department also gives its advice on various legal issues to the Hon. Commissioner, General Body, Standing Committee & Law Committee as and when required.
Legal Department also prepares drafts & finalizes the same for the Corporation.
