Scope of Work

1)    Building Permission – Building Permissions to area covered under Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Pimpri - 18 such as follows.

(1)   Approve of new building permissions

(2)  Approval of   revised building permissions

(3)  Issue of Plinth checking Certificate

(4)  Issue of Completion / Part completion Certificate

(5)  Issue of Building permission extension

(6)  Issue of permissions for repairs of Buildings

2)    Unauthorised Construction Control –

(1)  To search unauthorised construction by surveillance / by attending citizens complaints ( through on line / written)

(2)  To give notices to unauthorised construction as per M.R.T.P Act 1966 including panchnama & actual photographs.

(3)  To lodge FIR on unauthorised constructions owner.

(4)  To demolish the unauthorised construction with the help of PCMC & local police staff.
