The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) took decision to start New Thergaon Hospital in June-2021. Accordingly, New Thergaon Hospital with 200 beds capacity started from June-2021. Currently we are catering services to patients in area of Medicine, ICU, Dialysis, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Laboratory Services, 24x7 Emergency Services. We are under process of giving application to NBEMS for post MBBS diploma courses soon.

The department of General Surgery is one of the most active departments since the establishment of New Thergaon Hospital. The department is providing regular services in multiple fields including all type of general surgical work. The department runs General Surgical OPD every day.

Pediatric department of proposed PGI YCMH comprises of a Team of highly experienced Academicians with many research publications and Clinical skills.
Pediatric Ward :

• Comprises of 30 beds for indoor patient with 3 units. It is equipped with well-trained nursing staff & caters to many children spanning the PCMC and adjacent areas.
• We provide free treatment to the needy and lower socioeconomic strata of the society.
• It is located on the second floor at New Thergaon Hospital.

The SNCU:

• Caters mainly to New Thergaon Hospital Inborne patients.
• It has modern, staff friendly equipment and round the clock services are rendered to the patients.
• It has radiant warmer, phototherapy units and multipara monitors to assist treatment for sick newborn.
• Surfactant therapy and latest medication are provided.

Paediatric OPD & Emergancy Services:

• It is located on the ground floor of the hospital and has spacious consultation rooms with Specialty OPDs
• Round the clock emergency services are provided
